In line with government guidance, we have taken the measures to temporarily close our retail showroom. A difficult decision to make but the correct one and I want to update you and reassure you as best I can in current circumstances as the health of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to us. Our sales support staffs are continuing to work through this extraordinary situation from offsite locations with their direct portal links to our main supplier production schedules.
 
We will be reassessing the situation as it unfolds and will be in touch as soon as we feel it is reasonable to re-open operations either on a limited or full-scale basis.

I am pleased to announce as of Monday 18th May our 2 man delivery service will resume. At 60% capacity as we work our way back into offering this service

  • Delivery Crews will be wearing enhanced PPE to keep you and them safe during delivery process
  • Delivery crews will use cleaning hand gel and wipes between each delivery
  • Delivery crews will contact customers by phone prior to arrivals so that entrance and access route doors to the room where the goods are to be delivered are opened to alleviate unnecessary touching of handles and surfaces
  • All delivery crews to inform customers when delivery is required inside their homes, to respect 2m social distance rules or remian in another room when delivery takes place
  • No signing of goods will take place. Photo evidence is required only
  • Delivery of large goods will entail 2 personnel to arrive at the delivery location in seperate vehicles to respect social distancing
  • Instructions and care leaflets will be left with goods delivered
  • Any on site demonstration of the goods to customers must be respectful of the 2m social distance rules
  • On completion of furniture install surfaces will be wiped with antiseptic wipes before leaving the premises

Online Orders

We have been working hard to establish methods of delivery that are safe for both our customers and our staff. 

We are offering our delivery and assembley on all products now

We are following the advice of Public Health England and are still making deliveries for online orders where possible. You will receive a pre-delivery call and will be asked the following:


Have you or anybody living at this address displayed possible coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms resulting in any of you having to self isolate? 

If yes - we will cancel the delivery and rebook at least 14 days later
If no - we will proceed with delivery but ask you: To help keep both you and ourselves safe, would you please help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away as much as possible.  


Have you or anybody living at this address opted to self-isolate as a result of being:-Aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult, or else pregnant? 
If yes - we will deliver to doorstep or outbuilding/garage with your agreement
If no - we will proceed with delivery but ask you: To help keep both you and ourselves safe, would you please help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away as much as possible.


This is in line with Public Health England advice.
Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

We are operating  Click & Collect you can still select this option to collect safely in a contactless fashion.

Our warehouse continues to operate in order to take in and make safe any deliveries we receive.

We will continue to work with our supply chain to ensure your outstanding orders are monitored and progressed in the normal way and will be delivered safely to you as soon as this temporary situation changes Our office with longstanding dedicated colleague who oversees customer orders will continue to liaise and update you of any changes as to the arrival of your furniture.
